THE COMPANY :
DQC Tech Concepts Inc. started out as Digi Quest Corporation which was formed in June, 2002. The company was formed to distribute quality I.T. products at prices that are within the reach of the common masses. The company was initially located at 1625 Jose Abad Santos Avenue, Tondo, Manila, Phils. and has moved to their current corporate address at G/F PADO Bldg., 3895 L. Roces St., Brgy. 584, Sampaloc, Manila ( 1008 ) in Novemeber, 2017.
CORPORATE MISSION :
DQC Tech Concepts Inc. aims to be recognized and respected in the market for their product’s innovation, quality and cost effectiveness. Above all, they aim to provide quality post and after sales services. Their staff will be regularly trained in their respective specialization so that they can always provide efficient and competent services to their clients.
MANAGEMENT :
Mr. Willy K. Dy, a B.S. Computer Science graduate, has more than two decades of experience not only in marketing and selling of branded and clone PCs, but also in software development and management. Mr. Dy will serve as the General Manager of the company. His spouse, Ms. Nancy Dy will serve as the Accounting Manager of the company.
DEPARTMENT HEADS :
Mr. Reynante Potot will serve as the head of the Technical Support Group of the company. He is in-charge of providing before and after sales technical support such as Pre-sales survey, On-site and off-site warranty services and after warranty repair services. Mr. Dave Warren Magat will serve as the head of Logistics. He is in-charge of the daily scheduling of deliveries and pull-outs. Miss Rowena Binuluan will serve as the Head of the Sales group of the company.
